Where we work
Deal seafront to the CT14 villages.
Roughly ten miles from the Deal seafront through Sholden and Great Mongeham, west to Ripple and Ringwould, and south along Walmer into Kingsdown.
Deal town & seafront
Middle Street conservation area, Beach Street, High Street. Georgian terraces where rear-slope mounting is usually the cleanest planning route.
Walmer
South Barracks and Upper Walmer conservation areas. Victorian and Edwardian villas with more usable roof area than the seafront terraces.
Kingsdown
Clifftop cottages, exposed south-easterly aspect, strong generation potential once conservation-area consent is confirmed.
Sholden & Great Mongeham
Post-war and 1970s stock inland of the seafront. Fewer planning constraints, straightforward rooftop installs.
Ripple & Ringwould
Rural CT14 west. Larger roofs, farmhouse-scale systems, three-phase supplies more common.
Upper Deal, Sutton, Northbourne & Finglesham
Mixed housing stock, generally fewer conservation-area restrictions than the seafront core.
